Global Gaming Solutions buys Wyoming Horse Racing

Global Gaming WY has completed its acquisition of Wyoming Horse Racing and 13 Horse Palace Gaming & OTB locations, expanding the Chickasaw Nation-owned company’s racing and gaming footprint into Wyoming.

Global Gaming WY, a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Gaming Solutions, has completed its acquisition of 100 per cent of the membership interests in Wyoming Horse Racing and its 13 Horse Palace Gaming & OTB locations, the company said. The deal expands the Chickasaw Nation-owned firm’s horse racing, gaming and entertainment operations into Wyoming.

The acquired portfolio includes 13 Horse Palace off-track betting sites with more than 1,500 historic horse racing machines and live racing at Sweetwater Downs Racetrack in Rock Springs. The Wyoming Gaming Commission approved transfer of the live event and simulcast permits at a special meeting on Oct. 16, 2026. Other terms were not disclosed.

Chickasaw Nation Gov. Chris Anoatubby said diversification remains part of the tribe’s business strategy. Global Gaming Solutions board chairman Dan Boren said the company’s racing and gaming expertise aligns with the Horse Palace and racing operations. The parent company also owns Remington Park in Oklahoma City and Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, Texas, and directly employs more than 1,250 people across four states.
