Seven Feathers Casino Resort selects QCI Resorts to bring resort operations onto one unified platform

Seven Feathers Casino Resort has selected QCI Resorts to unify resort operations, with the Oregon property also serving as a development partner for the platform.

Seven Feathers Casino Resort has selected QCI Resorts, a platform from Quick Custom Intelligence, to bring operations across the Canyonville, Oregon property onto a single connected system, QCI announced. The resort will also act as a development partner for the platform.

The expanded partnership extends QCI's role from enterprise intelligence into systems that support the broader resort. Seven Feathers plans to replace legacy systems with an integrated platform built around a shared data model, with the aim of giving teams across departments common information and connecting daily operations to enterprise intelligence.

Jay Ellenberger, general manager of Seven Feathers, said the selection marks a major step in how the resort is run, describing a vision of one connected operation. Andrew Cardno, QCI's co-founder and chief technology officer, called the agreement a milestone and said hotel, food and beverage, RV operations and finance would share a common foundation.
